Designer Spotlight: Elise Doran

We are excited to introduce you to our friend and emerging designer, Elise Doran.  Elise is a New Orleans native and an LSU graduate.  She has been all over the NOLA fashion scene and is definitely one to watch out for!  She recently designed a look for local designers, Jolie and Elizabeth, that was featured in their Spring 2012 collection.  We are most excited about her swimwear collection that debuted during Nola Fashion Week this Spring.  Her line, EDIE, is inspired by vintage looks from the 1940's.  Here are a few pieces from her swimwear line and we think you will agree that they are AMAZING!

You can see more of Elise and her swimwear looks in the upcoming issue of CUE!  She is also presenting her collection this Sunday, June 3rd at the first fashion event of the Summer!  What could be better than fashion, cocktails, and a rooftop pool at the W New Orleans:)
